At Witchy Pooh’s Exotic Teas & Herbs, we enchant our customers with mystical blends and herbal wonders, but we understand that sometimes a potion doesn’t quite cast the right spell. We’re committed to your satisfaction and offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make things right. Please read the details below carefully.1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Time Frame: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. The return must be postmarked or initiated within this period.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or tampered with due to health and safety regulations.
- Eligible Products: Most teas, herbs, accessories, and gift sets qualify for returns. However, the following are non-returnable:
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh herbs or opened tea bags).
- Personalized or custom-blended products.
- Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.” Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately—we’ll handle it with our magical touch at no extra cost to you.2. Return Process
- Contact Us First: Email us at support@witchypoohs.com or message us via our website’s contact form with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable (e.g., for damaged items).
- Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a return authorization number and instructions, including a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.
- Ship It Back: To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Physical Address}. Pack the item securely and ship it back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund Amount: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We’ll refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@witchypoohs.com.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@witchypoohtea.com and send your item to: {Physical Address}. If you’d like to exchange for a different item, let us know during the return process. We’ll apply the value toward your new selection, and you’ll cover any price difference plus shipping.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is on us only if the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
4. International Returns
