 Dandelions. The little yellow flowers that  pop up all over your yard and people spray with chemicals to try and kill it off. what people don't realize is though that little flower is packed with health benefits! 48.1% of Americans struggle with high blood pressure. That's 1 out of 3. the dandelion flower that's growing in your yard is well known for helping to lower blood pressure. the leaves can be used in salads, the roots can be roasted and eaten as vegetable.
